Andrew Coats

Andrew Coats is an accomplished animator and film director with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from New York University. Coats began a career in animation as a Character Animator at Blue Sky Studios from June 2007 to April 2010, followed by a role as an Animator at Pixar Animation Studios from May 2010 to July 2017. Afterward, Coats transitioned to self-employment as a Film Director and worked at Luma Pictures as a Director and Development Executive from July 2018 to January 2023. Currently, Andrew serves as President of WANDER MAN INC. since January 2023 and works as an Episodic Director and Animation Director at Netflix since September 2024.
