Eleni Charakleia

Eleni Charakleia is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background across notable companies. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Partnerships Creative for EMEA at Netflix since September 2024, Eleni previously held the position of Brand Director at Oatly from July 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Eleni was the Managing Director at Le Pub Amsterdam from November 2020 to July 2023, overseeing a team of over 40 and leveraging a combination of creative and data-driven capabilities. Eleni spent four years at Publicis Groupe as Global Client Service Director, managing a portfolio of multi-awarded brands, and began a decade-long tenure at Leo Burnett, progressing from Account Manager to Board Account Director, focusing on renowned brands such as Procter & Gamble and Pfizer. Eleni holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Communications from Università Bocconi and a Major in European & International Studies from Panteion University.
