Jan Navarro

Jan Navarro currently serves as Release Manager for Games Operations at Netflix since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jan worked at Pocket Gems from January 2022 to September 2023 as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Release Manager, successfully supporting a cross-functional team and streamlining release processes for game deployments. Jan’s earlier experience includes quality assurance roles at major gaming companies such as Obsidian Entertainment, Insomniac Games, Activision, and 2K Games, focusing on bug identification and process improvements. Additionally, Jan held an administrative position at Robhana Group, Inc. where organizational skills were enhanced and recruitment support was provided. Jan holds educational credentials from Los Angeles Valley College and UC Irvine.
