Juleah Szopo

Juleah Szopo, PHR, currently serves as Director of the Talent Operating Office at Netflix, where responsibilities include leading the establishment of a centralized Operating Office for the Talent organization, ensuring effective planning and execution aligned with business priorities. With previous roles at Netflix as Director of Talent Management and Global Lead of Inclusion Development, Juleah has focused on enhancing learning experiences and fostering an inclusive environment. Prior to Netflix, Juleah held positions at Citadel LLC, overseeing the Learning and Development strategy, and BP, serving as an HR Business Partner and Organizational Effectiveness Advisor, among other roles. Juleah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Michigan and has additional education at INCAE Business School.
