Kate Schirosi is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR partnership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director, HRBP at Netflix since June 2022, Kate collaborates with Product Management, Operations, Payments, and Experience Design teams. Prior to Netflix, Kate held the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Comcast from May 2019 to May 2022, and served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Guardian Life from July 2016 to May 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Generalist at Kantar Health and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ARRIS. Kate holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
