Patrycja leads the Executive Recruiting and Engagement function, managing a seasoned team of Executive Recruiters, Researchers, and Executive Coordination. The team supports executive hiring for the Co-CEO (Greg Peter's) organization, including Product, Engineering, FinOps, Talent, Business Development, Advertising, and Games.
They focus on hiring senior-level leaders such as Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives. In addition to managing active searches, Patrycja and the team engage proactively with executive talent to build relationships and create future hiring and collaboration opportunities.
Patrycja holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is pursuing an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
