Rohan Dhruva

Rohan Dhruva is a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix since March 2018, previously serving as a Software Engineer at Facebook from November 2012 to March 2018, where notable contributions included leading the "Profile Picture Guard" project for 8 million users, applying for a patent for a screenshot safety product, re-architecting comment fetching technology, and designing an offline-first commenting infrastructure. Rohan has also worked as a Production Engineer at Facebook, developing backend services and scalable systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Linux Systems Administrator at Two Sigma, where automated server provisioning and monitoring solutions were created, and an internship at Cisco Systems focusing on cloud networking.
