Roy Rapoport

Roy Rapoport is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and IT organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Engineering at Netflix since November 2019, Rapoport has embraced the challenge of transforming the IT organization into a product and engineering-focused entity. Previous roles include Director of Data Engineering at Slack, where Rapoport led significant growth and established a robust data architecture vision. Rapoport also had a long tenure at Netflix in various managerial positions, including Insight Engineering and Product Network Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed real-time operational systems, network engineering, and cloud-based IT solutions.
