Shayne Murray is a results-driven and strategically-minded professional with extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as the Regional Director of Netflix Customer Service for APAC and North America since July 2017. With a strong focus on optimizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence, Shayne has successfully managed diverse teams across multiple countries, including the Philippines, India, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the US, and Malaysia. Prior roles include Head of Customer Service for Netflix in the APAC region, as well as significant leadership positions at Sutherland and Teleperformance, overseeing large teams and major accounts. Shayne holds an MBA in Business Management from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and additional qualifications in Business Administration and Project Management.
