Thomas McFadden

Thomas McFadden is the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs & Content Legal, EMEA at Netflix, where they manage teams negotiating business and legal terms for originally commissioned and licensed content across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this role, McFadden served in various legal positions at Netflix, including Director and Senior Counsel, where they focused on Non-Fiction Originals and content licensing. They began their career as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, and later worked as Senior Counsel at Comcast Cable. McFadden earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
