Priyanka Bajaj

Priyanka Bajaj is a finance professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Head of Finance at NetFoundry since December 2021. Prior to this role, Bajaj worked at Tata Communications for over 14 years, where titles included Deputy General Manager of Finance and Sr. Manager of Finance. Responsibilities included global cost accounting, finalization of accounts, variance analysis, SOX compliance, and internal and statutory audits. Earlier career experience includes finance positions at Charterd Accountants Firm, where Bajaj managed foreign taxation and statutory audits for various companies. Educational qualifications include a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Shyam Lal College, Delhi University.
