Nathan Smart, CPA is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and accounting. Nathan has worked in the industry since 2004, beginning their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. In 2009, they moved to Catholic Health Initiatives as a Finance COE Manager and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, where they led the design, planning, and implementation of an enterprise-wide Center of Excellence for grant and foundation accounting. In 2010, Nathan joined Deloitte Consulting as a Manager, advising CFOs and Finance executives in the creation of executable strategies to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations and data, and enhance business partnering. In 2018, Nathan founded Netgain Solutions, Inc., where they serve as the Chief Technology Officer.
