Joshua Kates has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a System Engineer for Hosted Services at NetGain Technologies, Inc. since February 2011, where responsibilities include Network Administration, Help Desk support, and Reactive System Monitoring. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster from September 2001 to February 2010.
