Kate Krupey

Kate Krupey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kate is currently working as the Vice President of Accounting at Netgain Technology, LLC since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of FinTech/CPA Solutions from February 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Netgain Technology, LLC, Kate was the President & Principal Consultant at CoreBlue Advisory, LLC starting from September 2019. CoreBlue Advisory provided consulting and advisory services to public accounting firms, focusing on improving technology and cyber security programs.

From November 2009 to August 2019, Kate worked at KatzAbosch, P.A. as the Chief Information Officer. In this role, they provided vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives supporting the firm's strategic goals.

Kate also worked at KME, Inc. where they held the position of Principal from September 2008 to December 2009. Kate was involved in various projects, such as evaluating and demonstrating Microsoft Windows 7 and Wave 14 products, developing project management programs for the United States Army, and providing application training to Baltimore County and Carroll County Community College Systems.

Prior to KME, Inc., Kate served as the Director of IT Solutions Development at OneWorld-Lab from June 2007 to December 2008. OneWorld-Lab worked with governments of emerging economies to improve healthcare services and infrastructure.

From 2004 to 2007, Kate worked at EMG as a Solutions Development Project Manager. In this role, they directed the development, implementation, and maintenance of business application systems.

Kate started their career at Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings in March 1999 as a Project Manager/Network Administrator and worked till November 2004. Kate managed network projects, maintained LAN/WAN, and served on the Maryland Information Technology Advisory Council.

Before that, Kate worked at The Alpha Group, Inc. starting from May 1996 to March 1999, where they served as a Technical Manager, Consultant/Trainer. Kate managed systems integration projects, consulted clients on effective business solutions, and authored training materials.

Kate's first work experience was at EMG from January 1995 to May 1996, where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager, participating in a billion-dollar project and developing a productivity reporting system.

Prior to their career in technology, Kate worked as a Medical Research Assistant at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital from March 1992 to June 1994, conducting research projects and analyzing data in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Kate Krupey attended Mercy High School in Baltimore from 1985 to 1989. Following high school, they enrolled at Drexel University from 1989 to 1994. No specific degree or field of study was provided for either educational experience.
