Beth Avilla

Beth Avilla has extensive experience in tax management, specializing in compliance and audit defense for transaction taxes in the US and Canada. Currently serving as Sales and Use Tax Manager at NETGEAR since July 2012, Beth previously held a similar role as Sr. Tax Analyst at Xilinx, Inc. from 2007 to July 2012, and worked as a Sales Tax Analyst for Workforce Logic serving Xilinx, Inc. Additionally, Beth was the Tax Manager at Aspect Software from 1996 to 2006, following the company's acquisition of Aspect Communications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego and participation in the IPT Sales Tax and VAT Conference in Indian Wells, CA.
