Gus Marcondes

Gus Marcondes is a seasoned professional in technical training and audio-visual technologies, currently serving as the Sr. Technical Training Manager for ProWifi & ProAV at NETGEAR since September 2023. In this role, Marcondes develops and implements training programs aimed at enhancing the technical expertise of global teams, partners, and customers in deploying NETGEAR's networking solutions. Prior to NETGEAR, Marcondes worked at Audinate from November 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included developing a standardized training and certification program for the EMEA region. Marcondes also held various positions at inMusic Inc., Denon Professional, Rane Corporation, and Marantz Professional, focusing on audio engineering and global specialization, and gained experience as a TV Director at Rede Globo. Marcondes holds a degree in Media, Audio, and Music Production from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and further education in Audio Visual Engineering from APM Saluzzo.
