Sam Manua, MBA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CAFCA has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications engineering field. From 2010 to 2012, they worked for AFRICOM & DATA SOLUTIONS LTD as a Telecommunications Engineer. Sam then worked for Comtec Networks in 2011 in the same role. In 2012, they worked for Adrian Kenya as a Telecommunications Engineer. In 2013, they worked for Setright Technologies as a Telecommunications System Engineer. From 2014 to 2018, they worked for Dimension Data East Africa as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, providing deal execution support, conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions, and delivering presentations. Sam also led in transformational consulting and delivered transformational projects as a Security and Network lead for the leading banks, commercial, and industrial firms. Since 2018, they have been working for NetGuardians as an Account Manager, Africa and Middle East, tasked to drive adoption and usability of the NetGuardians platform to help banks beat fraudsters and meet regulatory compliance while guaranteeing a ROI. Sam is also accountable on growing the incremental annual recurring revenue and growth of the business from their customer base while minimizing the churn rate. Notable achievements include structuring the account management practice and shifting the company focus to IARR from existing customers more than ARR from new customers, delivering the biggest strategic deal in West Africa (consolidation of 7 banks) to date, and successfully setting up the Channel practice for the partners in Nigeria and Ghana. Sam also developed a Go-To- Market Strategy, a pre-sales practise, and a License subscription model.

Sam Manua has an extensive educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication & Information Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, which they completed in 2013 with a 2nd Class Upper Hons. Sam then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales, which they are currently pursuing and is expected to complete in 2022.
