Bastien Hugon

Bastien Hugon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bastien started their career as a Quality Manager Assistant at GROUPE ADF in 2005. Bastien then worked as a Quality Manager and IT Manager at Texen Group - CEICA Plasticos de Mexico from 2010 to 2011.

After that, they joined HCL Technologies in 2011 as a Senior IT Analyst, and later held positions as Transition Lead, Team Lead, and Service Manager. In 2014, they joined nTitle as a Project & Product Manager, and in 2015, they became the Operations Manager at Connaxis. At Connaxis, they were responsible for global operations and delivery of digital consulting, creative, and marketing services.

In 2018, they joined Omote as a Digital Project and Product Manager, where they were involved in various activities including market research, planning and coordination of activities, and defining business needs.

Most recently, Bastien has been working at Netguru since 2019. Bastien has held roles as Senior IT Project Manager, Senior Project Management Team Leader, and Senior Project Management Lead. Currently, they are serving as a Delivery Lead, overseeing portfolio management and consulting sales.

Bastien Hugon has a diverse education background. Bastien obtained a Diploma of Higher Education in Engineering from the University of Strasbourg from 2003 to 2005. Bastien then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from the same university, which they completed in 2006. Bastien continued their education with a Master 1 degree in Computer Sciences at the University of Strasbourg from 2007 to 2008. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Economics from the Faculté des Sciences Économiques et de Gestion de Strasbourg (FSEG) from 2008 to 2010. Alongside their academic pursuits, Bastien also obtained various certifications, including the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management in 2014, the ITIL® v3 Foundation certification in 2013, and the PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner Certificate from EXIN in 2015.
