Marika Kaptur

Marika Kaptur is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and reporting. Currently serving as the Chief Accountant and Team Leader at Netguru since May 2019, Marika has been responsible for VAT, CIT, and WHT compliance, preparing financial statements, conducting annual financial audits, and providing tax training. Marika's career at Netguru also includes roles as Deputy Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Accountant, each focusing on various aspects of accounting and compliance. Prior to Netguru, Marika spent eight years at EY, ascending from Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements, managing tax returns, and implementing process improvements. Marika Kaptur holds multiple degrees from the Poznan University of Economics and Business, specializing in finance and accounting, as well as a Master's degree in Ethnolinguistics from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
