Marta Stachowska-de Freitas

Marta Stachowska-de Freitas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Staffing Manager at Netguru since August 2016. In this role, Marta collaborates closely with managers to fulfill key positions, manages a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, and monitors recruitment metrics to improve processes. Previously, Marta held several roles within the same organization, including Senior HR Business Partner and Talent Business Partner, focusing on leadership support and the alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals. Prior to joining Netguru, Marta worked as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company and held positions in client services and hospitality, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and operational efficiency. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Leisure and has completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations.
