Ola Prejs

Ola Prejs is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Growth at Netguru since September 2015. Responsibilities include managing a 15+ member Growth department and leading key teams in content creation, recruitment marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing. Ola has developed marketing campaigns, increased brand visibility, and facilitated the professional development of team members. Previous roles encompass senior positions in marketing communications and content marketing, with extensive experience in external communication, PR strategy, and team leadership. Ola holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Warsaw and has also completed studies at the Università degli Studi di Verona.
