Joseph J. Spellman

Joe was a Senior Supervising Engineer with Exxon Company, U.S.A. before joining NSAI in 1989. Joe's geographic areas of expertise include all major United States producing basins, the Gulf of Mexico, the Middle East, Africa, the northwest shelf of Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and the United Kingdom. His work includes project coordination and property evaluations for use by clients in arranging financing and evaluating potential acquisitions or sales, with a focus on project finance and major gas certifications used for LNG and pipeline projects.
