Richard B. Talley Jr.

Rick Talley joined NSAI in 2004 and had over 23 years of oil and gas experience when he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2022. He has significant experience with preparing reserves evaluations for conventional and unconventional assets in most major onshore United States producing basins, as well as Gulf of Mexico and international properties. Rick began his career at ExxonMobil Production Company and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from Tulane University.
