Julie Linthorst

Julie Linthorst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, social safety, and organizational development. Serving as the founder of Yoconfio since May 2002, Julie has also held key positions such as Extern HR projectleider sociale veiligheid at NLR since February 2024 and Human Resources Consultant at Essent since April 2024. In addition, Julie chairs internal objections committees at Kempenhaeghe and Amphia Ziekenhuis, focusing on handling employee complaints independently. Julie's expertise extends to research and consulting roles, including founding Futurebels and leading the internal objections committee at HVO-Querido. Previous experience includes developing a futureproof employment model at RGF Staffing and conducting research on the future of work as a PhD candidate at various prestigious institutions. Julie holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Work and Organizational Psychology and is pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Management at the University of Amsterdam.
