Nick van Den Dungen

Nick van den Dungen is a highly experienced professional in the aerospace sector, currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineering Consultant and Project Leader at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR) since September 2019, where responsibilities also include Programme Manager of Safe and Competitive Operations and consultancy for the Dutch Airspace Redesign Programme. Prior to this, Nick accumulated valuable experience at Rolls-Royce from September 2017 to August 2019 in various roles, including Production Leader for Engine Test Operations and Manufacturing Engineer in Defence Aerospace Operations. Nick's foundation in aerospace began with impressive academic achievements, holding a Master of Science in Flight Performance & Propulsion and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Additional experience includes project management in student engineering teams and roles in logistics and customer service.
