Emanuele Candela

Emanuele Candela has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Emanuele currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Soft Strategy, where they assumed the role in November 2022. Prior to this, from October 2021 to November 2022, they served as the Sales Director and COO. Before joining Soft Strategy, Emanuele served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nethex from October 2021 to the present. During their time at Nethex, they also held the position of General Manager from October 2020 to October 2021. Emanuele'sresponsibilities included P&L management, business unit evolution, client accounting, new business identification, and research and technology innovation in CRM and digital marketing areas. Emanuele's earlier experience includes working at Accenture Italia as a Business Consultant from March 2008 to September 2014. Here, they served as a project manager in the energy market and public administrations, specializing in CRM, marketing, analytics, and customer operations. Lastly, they worked at Indesit Company in the information technology and HR area, focusing on data integration and homogenization projects between different business units in Europe.

Emanuele Candela completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Executive MBA from LUISS Business School between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their undergraduate degree in Ingegneria gestionale/Gestione industriale (Industrial Engineering) from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they completed between 2002 and 2007.
