Craig Molyneaux

Craig Molyneaux joined MSH as the Chief Financial Officer in 2017where he plays a broad and strategic leadership role in the organization’s overall growth and development. He serves as financial advisor and partner to the CEO, leadership team, the board of directors and its audit and finance committees on matters relating to financial status, risk management, and long–term planning.

Craig works on aspects related to strategy, policies, operations, annual work planning, systems strengthening, and performance management. In close collaboration with MSH’s country offices,he also provides management oversight and ensures quality and continual improvement of day–to–day financial operations and systems, including budgeting, accounting, cash management, auditing, donor reporting, and contracts and grants management.

Craig comes to MSH with more than 30 years of financial management experience, having held CFO roles in diverse business environments, including public, private, venture–backed, and non–profit organizations. He spent 25 of those years in a variety of financial management roles with Siemens. Craig holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Colorado State University.
