Leshan Sancha

Leshan Sancha is a Project Manager at NetHope. In this capacity, Leshan has a responsibility of directing, organizing and controlling project activities. He accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities, coordinating staff and contractors and ensuring quality output is delivered on all projects.

Leshan joined NetHope in June 2022. He is a project management expert with over 9 years’ experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs with advance expertise in OVC, education, health, livelihood including saving group management and WASH projects.

Prior to joining NetHope, Leshan provided management of Compassion International project and various USAID funded projects. Leshan earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Egerton University in Kenya.
