Service Manager Identity Management & Mailhub at Nethouse

Kent Karlsson began their work experience in 2006 as a Servicedesk Technician at Tieto, where they provided support to end users and handled access management requests. Kent also monitored systems, servers, and networks. In 2008, they joined EVRY ASA as a Servicedesk Superuser, where they acted as a servicedesk technician for customers using remote assistance to solve user problems. Kent also handled access management in Active Directory and customers systems, configured Microsoft Exchange, and served as a technical specialist in the migration to new email servers. In 2012, they took on the role of Problem Manager at EVRY ASA, which lasted until 2013. In 2015, Kent Karlsson moved to Nethouse, where they began as a System Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Service Manager Identity Management & Mailhub in 2016.

Kent Karlsson attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Mathematics and IT. Kent did not obtain a degree during this time. In March 2017, they obtained a certification from Microsoft as a Specialist in Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016.
