Prior experience includes roles as a Software Developer and Lead Graphic Designer at Sonapps, where Janusz led software development teams and created decentralized applications. Janusz also co-founded Candyzone and has held leadership positions at PBSU and the Congress of Polish Student Societies in the UK. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and a technical degree in Information Technology from Technologisches Gewerbemuseum.
