Michał Krysa

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, the focus is on enhancing the software development landscape. Micha has held significant roles, including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where contributions have been made to decentralized finance solutions. Previous positions include Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and foundational roles at Share&Charge and the IIB Council, among others. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further qualifications in fintech and project management.
