Taru Aalto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, sales, and strategic business development across various technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Head of CX Global and CS Nordics & RoW at Netigate since April 2024, Aalto leads global customer experience initiatives and customer success teams. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success and VP of Channel Sales & Partner Offering at Lumoa, where Aalto defined partner channel strategies and developed strategic partnerships. As CEO and co-founder of Wowanders, Aalto was responsible for product development and business growth. Aalto’s experience at Genano Ltd, Jolla, Globe Hope Oy, and Nokia further highlights a strong background in sales management, product strategy, and international expansion, complemented by an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
