Ingmar Koecher is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network and systems administration, software engineering, and leadership. Currently serving as CEO of NETIKUS.NET ltd since September 2002, Ingmar oversees the development of EventSentry, an award-winning monitoring solution. Prior roles include Systems Administrator/Consultant at Michigan State University, where maintenance and enhancement of Windows networking infrastructure were key responsibilities, and Software Engineer at Algorithmics, focusing on Linux and Unix server maintenance and database management. Ingmar also held the position of Network Administrator at Wienerberger, implementing a wide rollout of Windows NT4 and Exchange across Europe. Ingmar began the professional journey as a Support Engineer at Alldata and holds an Ingenieur degree in Informatik und Nachrichtentechnik from HTBLA Wien 22.
