Chad M. Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chad M. began their career as a Marketing Intern at Harvard University in 2006. From there, they joined Global Cloud Xchange in 2006 as a Business Development Associate, working their way up to become an Account Manager and then a Bid Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to SAIC, where they held positions such as Sr. Project Manager, Project Management Office Lead, Deputy Application Operations, and finally Program Manager. Currently, Chad is at NetImpact Strategies Inc., where they have served as the Director of Federal Civilian Programs and is now the Vice President of Federal Civilian Programs.

Chad M. Johnson completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Strategy, Execution and Valuation (SEV) from DePaul Driehaus College of Business between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration & Sports Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their educational background, Chad also received several certifications, including a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Practitioner certification from DevOps Institute in 2023, a Certified SAFe 6 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS in 2021, an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016, a DevOps Foundation certification from DevOps Institute in 2016, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015.
