Steve Rondeau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT consulting and support. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG since November 2021 and a Senior Consultant at NetImpact Strategies Inc. since December 2018, Steve specializes in ServiceNow, business analysis, and custom application development, particularly for the Department of State. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Sentinel Strategy & Policy Consulting and IT Support Manager at Ares Management, where responsibilities included system administration for ITSM and financial applications, along with service desk administration. Steve's career began at XO Communications as Accounting Systems Manager before progressing to Manager of IT Business Applications Support at American Capital Financial Services. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
