Aaron Duty

Aaron Duty is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail management and customer service. Currently serving as a NetJets Service Representative and Account Manager at NetJets since July 2022, Aaron previously held the role of Training Store Manager at the LEGO Group from July 2009 to July 2021. Additionally, Aaron contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at The Ohio State University in early 2018, focusing on retail consumer touchpoints and brand insights. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure as General Manager at Gap, where responsibilities included setting performance goals, conducting manager meetings, and ensuring a well-merchandised store environment.
