Eric Harding

Eric Harding currently serves as the Lead for Learning & Development Systems and Technology at NetJets, starting in February 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Grange Insurance from October 2013 to March 2025, where responsibilities involved developing and designing learning experiences for the HR team with a focus on learning technologies and data collection. Previous positions include E-Learning Designer roles at AT&T and Affinion Group, where experience encompassed developing training and managing Learning Management Systems. Early career involvement includes E-Learning and Curriculum Design at Eddie Bauer and a coaching role at Huntington National Bank. Eric Harding holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Kent State University.
