Kayla Gillham

Kayla Gillham has extensive experience in the insurance and legal sectors, currently serving as a Manager of Owner Contracts at NetJets since April 2017, after progressing through roles such as Supervisor and Senior Contract Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist at Nationwide Insurance for a brief period in late 2016, and a five-year tenure as an Injury Claims Specialist at State Farm, where responsibilities included investigating and settling complex claims and mentoring new employees. Earlier in her career, Gillham served as a Deputy Court Clerk for the City of Newark, handling case analysis and coordination. Kayla Gillham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from The Ohio State University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
