Nick Hemsworth

Nick Hemsworth has extensive experience in product management and customer service within the aviation industry, currently serving as Solutions Manager and Senior Product Owner at NetJets since April 2011. In this role, Nick focuses on digital transformation strategies for client web portals and applications, while also establishing KPIs to inform strategic decisions. Prior positions at NetJets include Program Manager for Owners Services and Global Quality and Service, as well as Manager of Key Account Managers, where Nick developed a program to manage high-value clients and led a team of 27 employees. Additional experience includes roles in the education sector as Varsity Baseball Head Coach and account management positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Thomson Reuters. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales and Marketing Operations from The University of Toledo.
