Syed Rehan Ali Shah is a seasoned Sr. Manager of HR & Admin at NETKOM Technologies Pvt Ltd since April 2004, with extensive experience in recruiting, organizational development, and strategic design. Significant achievements include the standardization of organizational structure for a telecom department with 600 employees, development of management training programs, and cost-saving initiatives in retention and retraining.
