Alex Hargrove

Alex Hargrove has extensive experience in the legal and technology fields. From 2012 to present, they have served as Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, Chief Technology Officer, VP Product Development, and Senior Product Manager at NetLaw. Prior to this, they were Head of Technology and Attorney at the Hargrove Firm LLP from 2011 to 2012. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Summer Associate at Tarone McLaughlin LLP, where they worked exclusively for Scott J. Bloch, former head of the Office of Special Counsel under George W. Bush. Also in 2010, they were a Research Assistant for Professor Jeffrey Kahn at Washington and Lee University, where they edited J. Kahn & D. Kahn, Federal Income Tax, 5th Ed. In 2009, they were a Summer Associate at Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC, where they drafted over twenty memoranda, some of which were sent directly to clients, and assisted with the audit of a client's family limited partnership. Additionally, they were a Research Assistant for Tax Professor Kelly Moore at Washington University in St. Louis, where they wrote a note on the validity of a trust's spendthrift clause. Finally, in 2007, they were a Professional Speaker for Monster, delivering forty-five minute motivational presentations to thousands of high school students from schools across five states.

Alex Hargrove attended Washington and Lee University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Tax Law/Taxation. Prior to that, they attended Western Kentucky University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree.
