Rayan Paiva

Rayan Paiva is an experienced Talent Partner at netLex since June 2024, specializing in recruitment and selection, employer branding, onboarding, culture and diversity, and people management. Previously, Rayan worked as a Full Researcher at FESA Group, focusing on executive recruitment, and served as a Talent Acquisition Tech Recruiter at Syngenta Digital Brasil. Rayan's career began in various roles, including a talent acquisition position at Centro Acadêmico de Psicologia Valenir Machado, where Rayan held leadership roles and contributed to student representation. Rayan also gained experience in social reparations at Vale, recruitment consulting at MSA Recursos Humanos, and personnel management in the Brazilian Army. Rayan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Minas Gerais, has a background in History from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management at PUC Minas.
