Melvin Peepers

Melvin Peepers is an experienced Senior Support Engineer at Netlify, with a tenure starting in March 2021. Prior to this, Melvin worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Callcentric Wholesale from March 2008 to March 2021, where responsibilities included debugging SIP Protocol and NAT Traversal issues, resolving hardware and software problems, and creating setup guides for SIP user agents. Additionally, Melvin served as a Web Developer at Nitm Inc from May 2016 to October 2018, focusing on landing page creation using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Earlier in the career, Melvin worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Pace Analytical from November 2000 to October 2007, where documentation archiving processes were created and managed.
