Daniel A.

Daniel A. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their current role as Product Manager at Netlink Voice. Prior to this, they were a Customer Service Representative at Netlink Voice from 2017-2020. From 2016-2017, they were an Adjunct Instructor at Hinds Community College. From 2013-2016, they were a Technical Support Engineer at Fuse.Cloud, where they remotely trained customers on how to use different technologies and completed a migration of customers between Broadsoft platforms. From 2012-2013, they were an MDES Interviewer II at TempStaff, where they displayed help desk functions and worked on a team to create documentation and information regarding how to use the websites. From 2009-2012, they were an Installations Manager and Trainer at Microcomputer Systems, where they ordered inventory and sales requests from distributor websites, submitted quotes and purchase orders to companies and government agencies, and created sales bids to meet ARRA and other government and school procurement funding standards.

Daniel A. began their education in 2005 when they attended Southwest Mississippi Community College and studied Business Administration and Management, General. In 2007, they transferred to Mississippi College to continue studying Business Administration and Management, General before transferring again to Hinds Community College in 2010. At Hinds Community College, Daniel A. obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming Technology in 2012. In 2016, Daniel A. obtained a New Online Instructors Training Completion certification from Hinds Community College and a Promethean Certified Installer certification. Daniel then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Delta State University in 2018.
