Akshay Bayas

Akshay Bayas is a Data Center Engineer at Netmagic Solutions, an NTT Communications Company, since June 2020. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, responding to customer trouble tickets, managing server backups, and executing special customer requests in alignment with service level agreements.
