Ibrahim Alkateb

Ibrahim Alkateb began their work experience in 1998 as an O&M Service Engineer at Etisalat, where they were responsible for the operation and maintenance of Siemens switches. Ibrahim then joined Siemens Mobile Networks in 2000, initially as a Technical Configuration Manager and later transitioning to a Technical Product Consultant. During their time at Siemens, they provided technical support to the sales team, designed and planned configuration databases, and managed customer technical requirements.

In 2006, Alkateb joined Tekelec as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they designed core network signaling solutions for mobile and fixed network operators. Ibrahim built relationships with customers and offered efficient design recommendations. Ibrahim then moved to Oracle in 2013 and held the position of Principal Sales Consultant. At Oracle, they provided consultations and design recommendations to help customers with revenue growth and network evolution. Ibrahim also responded to RFQ, RFP, and RFI requests and sold solutions for wireless and wireline operators.

In 2018, Alkateb started working as a freelancer for Alkateb LTD. Ibrahim developed partner business, provided consultations, and made design recommendations for telecom operators. Ibrahim introduced big data analytics for optimizing cloud resources and increasing revenue.

Most recently, since 2019, Alkateb has been working at NetNumber as a Technical Sales Architect.

Ibrahim Alkateb pursued their education at the United Arab Emirates University from 1991 to 1997. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
