Bobby Giguere

Bobby Giguere is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Customer Experience Engineer at Netography since September 2022. Prior to this, Bobby held the position of Sr Sales Engineer at ExtraHop, where responsibilities included network engineering and security troubleshooting, as well as improving sales cycle plans through project management expertise. Bobby's experience also includes a significant tenure at Harvard University as a Sr Infrastructure Engineer, managing active directory infrastructure and Exchange servers, along with various administrative roles. Earlier in Bobby's career, experience as a Network Administrator at One Communications involved overseeing a large server and network environment. Bobby's foundational skills were developed in the US Navy, where service from 1993 to 1997 included obtaining the rank of E-5 and receiving multiple commendations. Educational qualifications comprise a degree from the University of Florida and a certificate from Boston University in systems management.
