Adi Alcalay is an experienced professional in project management and human resources, currently serving as an HR & Welfare Project Manager at NetoMedia since July 2021, responsible for end-to-end HR project management and budget oversight. Previously, Adi held the role of Operations Project Manager at Target Market Group, effectively managing a team of 30 paramedics during the Covid-19 pandemic. Adi's earlier experience includes significant positions at EL AL Israel Airlines, beginning as a Loadmaster and progressing through roles including Weight and Balance Controller and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities spanned operational planning and liaison with governmental authorities. Adi also worked as Duty Manager at Holmes Place Israel, focusing on customer service and sales. Education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a certification in Project Management.
