Diana Kallos

Diana Kallos serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NETOPIA Payments since January 2024, following a position as Chief Financial Officer at OTP Leasing Romania from April 2022 to April 2024. Previously, Kallos held the role of CFO and Deputy Branch Head at Alior Bank Romanian Branch from April 2018 to March 2022, and served as CFO and Deputy CEO at Patria Bank from July 2014 to January 2018, where significant expertise in M&A was demonstrated through the acquisition of Nextebank, Patria Credit IFN, and Banca Carpatica. Additionally, Kallos was the Deputy CEO at PATRIA CREDIT IFN S.A. from June 2010 to June 2014, and held various finance-related roles at GE Money Romania and Estima Finance. Kallos holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from ASEBUSS Business School and a BS in Economics from Babes-Bolyai University.
