David Seematter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NetPMD Solutions since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Quanta Telecommunication Services as the VP of Engineering from August 2018 to September 2020.

David was an IT Engineering Manager, responsible for developing and executing evolution plans for computing infrastructure, leading to significant cost savings and improved computing performance. David also led the deployment of LINUX and Virtual Machines for Windows for mid-range applications.

David Seematter has a strong education history. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the same university, attending from 1996 to 1997. Later, David enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).
