David Seematter

David Seematter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NetPMD Solutions since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Quanta Telecommunication Services as the VP of Engineering from August 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining Quanta, they had a long tenure at CenturyLink, where they held multiple roles. From August 2013 to August 2018, they served as the Director of Regional Planning for the Mountain West Region, responsible for network planning and design. From July 2009 to July 2013, they worked as a Manager of Engineering, overseeing the design and acquisition of third-party carrier circuits. Prior to that, from February 2007 to June 2009, they were a Manager of Network Engineering, leading the planning efforts for circuit leases and implementing optimization solutions. From June 2005 to February 2007, they served as the Manager of Strategic Planning, directing business plan and division strategy development.

David Seematter's early career includes a managerial position at Sprint-Nextel. David was an IT Engineering Manager, responsible for developing and executing evolution plans for computing infrastructure, leading to significant cost savings and improved computing performance. David also led the deployment of LINUX and Virtual Machines for Windows for mid-range applications.

David Seematter has a strong education history. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the same university, attending from 1996 to 1997. Later, David enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).
